In short, I design, write, and research. I help marry people and technology so they can live together in harmony. I look beyond the usability of web sites and software to determine how they will be experienced by people who need to really get stuff done.
I have a decade of experience designing interfaces for web sites and applications, conducting user research and usability analyses, presenting design concepts to a wide array of stakeholders, and producing other documentation and deliverables in support of a well-designed user experience. Read more
